Each product carries a specific lead time which you can see below the 'Add to Cart' button. Your selected courier will be in addition to this stated time.

Lead Times will vary product to product and we display this information on each product page.

Typically lead times are around 5-7 days but some products are special order / bespoke and can take up to 6 weeks from order.

Products labelled as 'Ready to Ship' will typically be dispatched same or next day.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14days from date of order (subject to the order being dispatched). You can cancel your order by using the cancellation link on your account.

You have the right to return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received your order (excluding items marked as sale or special order or Made to Order) and should you wish to return an item/item(s) please use our self-return service available within your account.
