Had a great service from Ideas4lighting. The lights came within a few days of ordering. Overall a good service. I would have liked to speak to someone regarding replacement parts but was unable to find a number.

I purchased 2 of konstsmide freja small outdoor lampposts for the garden but when they arrived there was no stand. I contacted ideas4lighting who remarked that the box states that the stand is not included. However, who purchases an outdoor lampposts - (where the photo depicts the whole lamp) thinking it will arrive without the actual post to stand on? Surely there should be a note on the purchase of the lamp that the purchaser should also make sure they have purchased a stand as well before they checkout! This would have saved the additional 2 weeks of waiting before we could assemble the product. Overall it’s a great lamppost, well made so very happy finally.
It was good but needed more of an update when it will be delivered after purchase
I found this supplier via an online search. Ordering was simple and notification of despatch was helpful. The product arrived well within the delivery time scale, although I was unable to track the order due to a problem with the courier site. The fittings are ridged plastic and seem very robust. The globes should resist some impact should any attempt at random vandalism be made. Due to the way items were packed for despatch, only one set of fixings were delivered. I have chased this via email and to date the supplier has been very responsive. Waiting now to see if they can resolve this shortfall.
It arrived eventually after 8 days, intact. The style is just as pictured on the Internet. It's a little rough on the edges and the glass has a few bubble marks in it. Not sure if it should be clear. I'm keeping it though because I like the simple style even though the quality is not the best.
Really like the lights. The wrong colour was sent initially so the order was very delayed.
