Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days from the date the order was placed and before the order has been dispatched. This does not affect your right to return which is up to 30 days from the date the order was received. If you choose to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

• Log in your account on our website
• Locate the order in your orders list
• Click 'cancel order'
• You will receive your refund automatically
